Default Prgraming My GRE500 with Arc500.

I use ARC500 to program into my GRE PSR500. Works great most of the time. I noticed recently that when I enter the frequencies into box that when I select tab to move to the next box it will change the frequency. For example if I enter 131.250, when I enter that (using arc500 software) it changes it to 131.000. How can this be explained.
