Problem w/ ARC - RadioRefDisconnected

Just bought and downloaded ARC for the Uniden BCT8. When we try to retrieve Trunk systems, the login "connect" works, we get the state pulldown, then the County, then the System. But then we get no site/group and at the bottom of the window we get "RadioRefDisconnected. wait retrieving HTTP data".

Any ideas? Running ARC8 V2.00 Full version

Having same problem with arc330 software. Was working fine till RadioReference uipdated their site on Sunday. I think there is a link problem. Have not been able to get any help let. Posted several threads with no answer.

I had the same problem with ARC250, Butel got back quickly and said it needs a fix that should be available later this week or next week.

Im not sure about the other ARC versions that your using but first step is to ensure your using the NEWEST version. If not go to Butel's site and download the newest version for your software.

If still not working then contact Butel, he replys very fast.

After reloading download problem was fixed.

Looks like someone made a change to the DB because it's working today with no changes on my end.
