NEED ARC250 ver 1.4 w/ RR internet folder

Greetings RR, in need some help... I had the BuTel ARC250 version 1.40 scanner software on my computer, the harddrive went, and Im on a new computer...

The BuTel version I had to program my scanner was lost, and the BuTel site has the ARC250 download which is good, BUT I cant seem to locate the version that had the INTERNET option listed as a folder up at the top... that was the folder name, when ya click on it , it allows ya to link to RR.com to upload frequencies...

The only version on the BuTel site, I have downloaded, but it does not have that extra folder at the top marked... INTERNET does anyone have the link to that exact download? OR can anyone send me the download? Thanks is advance,

this download is needed to help me program my euro version, I have the Uniden UBC3300XLT which uses the ARC250 software
