Need Help Connecting FreeSCAN to RadioReference

Hello, I am a new user. I have subscribed to Radio Reference as a PRemium member and able to view the data bases. I have also purchased ARC 996 and FreeScan but neither SW package is able to connect to RadioReference to import databases. I get an error message that says "Error retrieving data from Radio Reference. Verify your internet conenction or account status and try again." I have lowered the security threshold to allow "cookies" but the problem still exists

Need help, has anyone experienced this problem before and have a solution?

Do you have a firewall program running? Try to turn it off momentarily to see if that fixes it...

It was likely a firewall issue. I moved to another PC environment and was able to connect to RadioReference from FreeScan.
