Help with MOT II systems and Freescan

Well, the 396xt is here! What a cool piece if engineering! Only problem so far is: when setting up a Mot type II standard type system in Freescan for uploading to the scanner I've tried setting it up both with control channel only mode and without, and neither seem to work. Pinellas county, Fl. 4 site MOT system in particular. All of the talkgroups get uploaded, no problem there, I've set CC only mode on in the scanner, and like I said I've tried downloading all channels with CC only off, and only CC channels with it on and it just won't take. It will stay on the control channel and not scan. This is definitely a newbie problem and I hope I've explained it sufficently, if not please let me know and I'll do my best to clarify. Thanks in advance, John. P.S. I went back and added the primary control freq, 860.237, in the system and it works fine, I just cannot get it to work directly out of Freescan.
