Default Adding two objects to scan list using pro106 win 500

I recently purchased a pro 106 scanner. I cloned from a buddies scanner to mine. But I would like to add a couple of items to a scanlist that were left out. I have everything I need to do it except the knowledge. I'm using the win 500 software. Or where can I find info on how to use the software.

Make sure you are in the scanlist you want to make a change. Click on EDIT, click on New Item at end. A new object appears at the bottom of the scanlist. Add your frequency, TGID, add your alphatag. you're done.

Default New issue

Ok I think I have the talkgroups covered. But when I load it into the scanner I get a "nothing enabled" message. I think I need to enter a TSYS. Do I do that manually or can I populate that from the software. I'm getting closer to figuring this out.
