Unhappy ARC160 Problem?

When trying to connect to RR through the ARC 160 software, it will not connect to the USA trunking databases. If I were downloading Canada or Austrailia, it would work just fine. I am getting an error message that says "WEB SERVICE error .. 8. Not enough storage is available to process this command." This only applies to trunking data. I've downloaded conventional systems just fine. Any ideas?

ok....I spoke too soon.... This is not the problem... as I have changed my password and I still have the original problem? Is something going on with the RR website? I can best be described as sporadic, with the emphasis on the downside. i.e. it doesn't work as much as it does work.. It will not allow me to select a specific system to download...and then it hangs up. Help.
