Has anyone else noticed a ticking noise with audio play back? It is not because of the beta version as I have had this for a while, tried different cables and computers with no luck.

Skud, I just noticed this update awhile earlier and I'm now running it. I don't hear any ticking or popping or anything of the sort in the playbacks. I wish I knew how to help you.

I had a similar problem with 2 scanners sitting close together. One scanner was interferring with the audio of the other.
After listening to the audio, the ticks only occur when the sound level is high so this could be an audio clipping problem. Just a guess.

I checked the wav file Tracker makes and no problem, so it was the program I was using to convert to MP3, I had the wrong output sample rate, changed it and no problems

ID Tracker II Feedback
Since I have not received any feedback concerning TrunkTracker III support, I can only assume that either no one is using it with TrunkTracker III scanners or everything is working fine. :-)
I have been using the new version with my BC780XLT for some time with no problems. If no issues are reported in the next few days, I will make an official release and move on with other things.

Dave,
One problem I'm having is I cannot enlarge the scanner control window like before. It will expand the box , but the display and buttons stay the same size. Also noticed a box with the word Hold when I expanded the window.

Beta 2 is now on the website. This should fix the resize problem.

Dave,
Works fine now, thanks!!! I guess the old ID Tracker program is obsolete now. One more feature would be nice if you could add a backlight button to the scanner control panel window. I know you already have this on the main control panel , but I would like to see it with the other scanner control buttons if possible.

I guess I could do that since the GRE control window already has it.

I seem to have lost the ability to double click the "system indicators" to select/deselect systems in the scanner(BCD996T) with these beta versions

ID Tracker II - V2.3.2 Beta 3
Beta 3 is on the web site and should resolve the following issues:
- Squelch code handling for GRE scanners.
- Selecting systems on TrunkTracker III scanners by double-clicking on indicators.
- Selecting systems on TrunkTracker IV scanners by double-clicking on indicators.
Thanks to those who are testing and providing feedback.
