Freescan error br330t
Hello I just got a usb to serial for my br330t and every time I hit download I get this error Out of bounds unable to parse string NG?

What version of FreeSCAN are you using? Also, check to make sure that you are not in menu mode and that the baud rate in software matches that set on the scanner.

I'm using the newest version.. How do I know I'm in menu mode? If I set the com port and baud rate manually it wont work, but if I do the auto it picks it up just fine but virtual control only works and I can't download any of the systems off the radio. btw I'm using vista 64

Do you get a list of systems if you click on Queue Systems? Does it pop up any error messages?

Yeah I can get the systems queue, but they load up as MOT2 systems?

So what does it do when you start to download? Do any systems get downloaded?

It downloads them but they show up as trucked systems with nothing in them. btw I tired ACR330 software works fine.

By that last screen shot, I would say thats defiinitley not working right then. I'll look into it and get back to you.

yeah, I loaded up butel to make sure it wasn't the new cable I got and it downloaded and uploaded just fine with the butel software. everything else works great though
