Scanner Serial Communication?

Hi All,

I'd like to write my own software for managing and downloading systems, but it won't do me much good if I can't upload it to the scanner when I'm done.

Are there any software developers around here that can point me in the right direction for some tips on getting started with the serial communication with the Uniden BCD396T?

With a lot of luck and hard work - you guys will all have another free utility to choose from!
