ARC XT DEMO Help Menue

I have downloaded ARCXT Demo but I cannot get the help menu to open the Softwear Manuel. How can I get it to open ? = Learning my way around the demo by trial and error will be quite a challenge. Also, when I go to upload to a scanner I get a message that the com port is not available or being used. How do I correct this ?

Since this is still in beta release the the software manual probably is not available yet.

You don't have the correct com port selected. Under the Scanner menu, select the Communication setup and then select "AutoDetect Scanner". Assuming everything is hooked up ok, the software will then detect the com port to which the scanner is connected and you should be good to go.
