Welcome to the RadioReference forums. We have a variety forums on here to choose from so it's important to post your question or request to the proper forum to get the best answer. At the top of the busy forums are Stickies which guide you where to post your question. I've moved your post from the General Scanning forum to this one as it's most applicable. In GenScan is a sticky (below) that helps with where to post. Please make note. Thanks.

Might be helpful to know what software and what version you are running.

There is something about that which rings a familiar bell for some reason, but like Upman said it would help if you indicated what software you are using.

Default Errors

I am using Uniden BCD996t software. My issue now is I am unable to register my product with Uniden, it keeps asking for Checksum and Esn checksum, when I enter the number that is listed in the scanner firware it tells me there is an error with the number.

Unhappy Stuck

I have resolved the issue with registering with Uniden. I am using FreeScan software now, and when I get to Radio Reference I get to the page with the 3 steps on it, and I cannot go any farther.

These wiki articles will help with the procedures on using the RR imports - however if you have a password issue, then Lindsay has to be your next point of contact. 73 Mike

The page with the 3 steps on it? Do you mean EZ Grab?
