Default Combining Systems

When downloading county frequencies from RR with ARCXT PRO each county downloads as a new system with one group. So, 12counties = 12 new systems. How can I then combine these 12 into one system ?
Do wish the HELP MENU included a USER GUIDE/functional softwear manual.

One good reason NOT to combine these, is that you can turn one or all but one system off with quick keys if you need to concentrate on some particular event. However, if you want one system, the copy command is one way. I suggest you create 12 groups under a new system called Counties for example. Each group could be named for the county. Or you could create 11 new groups under one of the existing systems and then rename that system. Then go to each system, click on Edit, select all. Copy and paste the highlighted material into the appropriate groups under Counties. Once you are done, you can go back and delete those 12 systems. There are other ways to do this, but this may be the easiest to understand.

Thanks. I'll give it a try and see if I like the way it scans before I delete anything. You make a good point for not doing it and I may very well NOT keep the combined counties. Thanks for the information and advice. I'd be in deepdoo without the help I'v gotton from the RR Forums.

I forgot to point out that you can still turn counties on and off using the group quick keys. It requires a little more effort, but easy enough. BTW, I have never found a command to delete a system in my ARC246, but they may have added one in your XTPRO. If not, open the profile creator(on file menu) when XTPRO 1st boots. Create a new profile WITHOUT the old 12 systems. The next time you run XTPRO the new profile, minus the 12, will load.

The reason that it's not there is that this is still beta software and was disclosed as such. I'm sure it will be there in the final product just like in the other ARC software.
