BC245Int/Senss tutorial
Way back when, when the 245 was still a new scanner, a freeware software package called BC245Int (alternately called the 'Senss' software) became quite popular. Unfortunately as interest in the scanner waned, so did the interest in the software.
There's still a fair amount of folks with 245s hanging around, if any judgment can be made by the number of folks on the 245 Yahoo group. I wrote an article reviewing this software and posted it on Strong Signals.
The page(s) that used to host the tutorial are long gone, and even the Wayback machine can't recover them. So I propose this - if I took my article and moved it to the wiki, would that spark some interest in building a more complete tutorial amongst the membership? It would be nice to have something that doesn't disappear. It would need some updating, of course, particularly in the way of getting it to work under Vista - if it does at all - and the upcoming Windows 7.
Any interest? 73 Mike
