Win500 Problem Record Audio

I have Win500 version V01.81 running in Monitor / Control with Record Audio selected.

My GRE PSR-500 is connected from scanner to computer mic in by a stereo audio cable and the scanner sound is coming through the computer speakers.

When I check the directory were the WAV file should be located, I do not see any WAV files. Therefore, the Win500 program does not seem to be recording the scanner audio.

Any ideas why the Win500 program is not recording the scanner audio?

There are 2 places to set recording. One under monitor/control, it has to be enabled, and a directory selected. Then the object you want to record has to have the record button checked.

Check to see if you missed one of those.
