Default Entering a frequency manually into Win500

How do you enter a frequency manually in to win500? I have not been able to figure out how to do this. Is there a users guide that is available?

Then after it inserts how do you edit?

Just click on the fields in the object, and type. I have found that sometimes there's a delay between when you insert a new record, and when you can edit it, depending on how big the file is.

There is an illustrated help file here that should answer most of your questions as you are starting out with WIN500.
