Default Issues with ScanLite Plus and RadioReference.com

I am trying to program my Radioshack 2096 scanner. I have ScanLite Plus and a premium subscription to Radio Reference. When I load ScanLite and connect my scanner to program, I am unable to pull up the RadioReference site through ScanLite. There is an option to do so in Freq Searches, but everytime I pull the site up it hangs or freezes. Is there a fix for this? It would be ideal obviously for me to be able to download the frequencies I need in a batch file, but do to the site locking up, it is currently not possible. I am beyond frustrated with both programs at this point, and any help I could get would be GREATLY appreciated.

Thank you

Kevin Isom

Scancrap is just that - avoid using it at all costs. It doesn't interface with the database like Win96 does. That's the way to go....73 Mike

If you can get Jim (at CAT) to respond at all, you will get a run-around. The bottom line is that the software doesn't work well at all, and will not program a Pro-96 or 2096 properly in any case (read the attachment to this post). I was unaware there was any connection to RR from Scancat Lite at all, see if you can get your money back and buy Win96 from Starrsoft.
