ARC XT Thread

Can one of the moderators make this, or another thread, a sticky for discussing ARC XT? I have a feeling we're going to see significant amounts of discussion as the application is developed.

So far I like the product since it's similar to other Butel products. The only real problem I've found so far is that the grid is very long. What would be nice would be the ability to move columns around or to remove some of the columns from view. It's a bit of a pain to have to slide the columns back and forth as I attempt to add things like NAC to the program.

Also, it seems that the Configuration Editor is still not complete. I couldn't find a setting to change how the back light dims when the head lights are turned on. Also, it doesn't seem that the data regarding back light color is sent to the scanner. Maybe it's just me.

Are there any "Beta" or "Freeware" Copies to be had?

You can download a time limited demo from the site. Just go there, download the program and go. It will prompt you for a registration code, but just ignore that. You can use it for 30 days.
