Default Error Message when trying to download from database

When I try to download a trunk system with WIN_500 software for my psr-500 I get the following error. It says: Problem with Bandplan element from RR database base 851.0125 Offset =0 Spacing = 25 (one or more values is zero) reference 593. I cannot download this system which is in IL. Cook Co. Northwest central Dispatch digital Trunk system. Please advise. Thankyou. Bruce Lanham RR member.....

I attempted to import that system and received the same results (see illustration). I went one step further and found that you could get to the available sites and TGs by clicking on "OK" in the little text box, but you have to do it four times. When the next page opens in WIN500 for selecting the tags, when you click on "OK" you get another warning that the band plan appears to be a splinter plan and gives you an option. By clicking on anything in that warning box you go into a loop that you cannot get out of and must close the program.

Yep, this is a problem. Could it be caused by the new changes to Database?

Default Thread moved

Thread moved from the administrative Database Discussion forum to the Scanner Programming Software forum.

The error you see is a software glitch that Don has to address. The data point is accurate.
