Yes, that is what it is supposed to say. Just put your cursor on the dividing line between that column and the column on the right labeled "Hi Chan" (until the cursor turns into a double-headed arrow) and pull the dividing line to the right. That will expand the viewing area of the column and the whole word will be visible.
