Newest version of ARC246 (3.1 build 001)
Just installed the update today so I could continue communicating with RadioReference....all works fine except when I click on "RadioReference webservice", the window that opens cannot be sized so that I can see the buttons (OK, etc) at the bottom of the window. When I move the window it stops at the top of the screen. There is no minimize or resizing arrows available. I have tried different font sizes and screen resoltions to no avail. I have also hidden the start menu at the bottom of my desktop...still not enough room to "see" the bottom of the window. ANY help would be appreciated.....
Thanks,
canadarrguy

Same problem here,
I also notice that when I open the RR window, it displays my password in the clear rather than hidden by asterisks which is the normal practice. So if someone else uses your computer and opens the program and RR window, they will know your password.

Thanks for the reply.....any idea how we go about rectifying this? New on this website so I'm wondering if this version of the software was a Beta version....or if there is a website that would contain a fix for the problems we encountered.
Thanks!

I just loaded this on my netbook with a 1024x600 screen and I have the same issue. I know it's a design flaw, but just wanted to get my 2 cents in.

The software which previously worked just fine had to be updated to accommodate the recent changes in the way software accesses the database here on RR. Unfortunately, Butel waited until the last minute to get this done and some of the revised software hasn't worked properly. To complicate matters, the fellow that runs Butel happened to be on vacation when all of this surfaced. He's back now and is, I suspect, a bit busy at the moment. I have no doubt that he'll get these issues resolved as soon as he can. I'd just watch their site for an update.

Can anyone confirm that Butel has fixed the known issues? The date on lastest DL 3.1 build 1 is 7/23, so I doubt this has any fixes.
