Downloaded the new software and now I cant connect with my SB-1 cable. The software cant dedect my scanner. I dumped the new saoftware, reloaded the old software and it dedects the scanner just fine, but I cant get into RR online. Any suggestions??

Couple of thoughts...

- Check your pop-up blocker(s) ensure OFF

- Anti-Spyware - OFF

- Windows defender - check configs

- Any other Third-Party Security configs - check

- I had to 'restart' my PC before config's would 'take' so if you have not already do this last after above completed....

Hope that helps....I am sure others will jump in to advise....

DL latest drivers for the USB cable, do not plug in cable, yet install drivers. reboot & check com ports in windows, make sure they match up with software. then try it

There is a problem with the latest versions (3.1.x) of ARC396 Pro, ARC330 Pro, and ARC246. I don't have the registered version of ARC XT so I don't know if it is working properly or not. I guess that we will have to wait for Butel to release a newer version that works properly.
