Win500 1.84 not starting

Downloaded it today, got the little "Loading" window and then nothing? My older version 1.82 was just fine. OBTW XP SP-2

Instead of selecting RUN, I saved the file first to the hard drive, unzipped, then run. It worked. Now I just need to figure out how to use this remote monitoring over IP thing. Looks cool. If anyone knows which thread is a good tutorial for the remote over IP monitor and for the windows mobile thing, I would appreciate it.
