ARC330 3.1 Problems

Has anyone made the ARC330 connectt o their radio with the usb-1 cable, (note radio and cable work fine with BCtool), so I know its the 3.1 version of ARC330.

I have Arc 433, Arc 396 and Arc 996.

I experienced the same problem and more. Screens not showing right, boxes not adjustable so you can only see part of the text - etc.etc.

Went back to the older versions and everything worked right.
But can't use them now because they won't access the database.

I've downloaded several times just to make sure no errors on download and that I had the right versions.

Now I'm screwed until something gets fixed.

Same here, old version &sb1 work fine, but no database. I also have a BCT-15, downloaded new version, same computer, same sb1, and it works fine. It's gotta be a problem with the new version.

Same problem here also loss old data on systems that were stored in memory!

Has anyone got the software update to work yet? Have reloaded twice with the same problems>
