Default ARC396 Pro ver
I installed current ver from their website. My scanner will not now read or write or communicate at all. Anyone know of a fix .Butel wesite says they wont answer any questions til mid Aug. I uninstalled and reinstalled 3.0.006 and it works but i cant access RR website to program scanner.Im also using a USB1 cable.i dont know if a serial cable is having tghe same problem.

Many are having this issue...no solutions yet.

BCD396T (Firmware 3.02.02)/ARC396 (3.1.1)
ARC396T Version 3.1XXX No radio Found
