Question ARC for 996 ARC isn't connecting to RRDbase

Greetings......

Why would my ARC 996 software fail to connect to RR.
I have never had to click on the "CONNECT" button, but when I do, it is not
connecting.

I have never had this experience.

I appreciate any suggestions.

Red face Ah..... I needed to download the Update

OK... I just downloaded the update.

It tells me that it is just a demo version.

For now, I have my original ARC996 with all its files and in addition
I have the newly downloaded version which upon opening, it says DEMO VERSION ONLY.

There were some pop up instructions that appeared the first time. I can't get those to reappear.

Thanks!!
