Using the ARC 15 Software again

I purchased the Butel software for my BCT 15 last year and now I have a new computer. I am attempting to register my ARC 15 keys on the new computer. I installed the software (demo version) and my keys from a year or so ago don't seem to be accepted. I entered them in and clicked enter and it just goes back to the demo screen.

Any tips or assistance are/is greatly appreciated.

Even with the recent update I do not think ARC15 is affected because on the DEMO version, I can connect perfectly to the RR Database. My only problem is the fact that once I submit my Key 1 and Key 2 in, it still says demo version.

Does anybody know what I should do??
