Hello all,

Attempting to build a new system using Trunkstar Elite pro, Registered version, I am receiving an error message stating unable to process the response from the server when attempting to retrieve the country and state databases.

My subscription expired, however i renewed last week. The user name and password are good, and my acct. on rr says that I am up to date, Premium service 178 days remaining.

I am using a Uniden BCD 996T
Does anyone have any ideas?

Did you use this same program before to import with??. my guess is isn't compatible program wih RR Import/.I myself haven't heard it mentioned here at all before.:)

On August 1 2009 RR made changes to the web service that rendered older applications unable to connect. You'll need to contact the author of TrunkStarPro and see if an updated version is available.

This is one of the Signal Intelligence (what used to be known as ScanStar at one time) products...

If Sam doesn't support the RR changes, do yourself a favor and get FreeScan - it's freeware, and supports the new RR imports and the 996t.
