Default ARC 500 Question

I would like to add more trunk systems to an existing file that I have loaded onto my Pro 106. After I download the data from the RR database I then assigned the data to a vacant scan list and attempt to load the data to the scanner. When I do this the data will not load into the vacant scanlist. What am I doing wrong? Can't I simply add data to any vacant scan list or do I have to reload the original file to include the new data into the scanner? I know there has to be an easy way to do this, but I have not been able to figure it out. Thank-you in advance for help.

If what you are asking is if you need to reload the entire profile, the answer is yes. Unlike the Uniden scanners, you can't just add a system to the scanner. At least not with ARC550, and it's the only program I could get to connect to the scanner with my Acer Aspire One. Other programs may allow single system upload, but I never got to try.
