Default Importing GPS data for 996XT

I have been trying to import my extensive ARC996 files (that include GPS data for several hundred Sites across several states) into ARC-XT and FreeScan to program into my 996XT. While both programs import the freqs, talkgroups etc just fine, neither program pick up the GPS data from the 996 files, every Site in ARC-XT or FreeScan shows up without GPS data.

Any ideas how I can import my existing files and keep the GPS data intact?

Thanks!

Rich I'm pretty sure FreeScan will import GPS data if it's available, but I think there' s something you have to set up first. A quick note to Assaf will flush that out, I'm sure.

Here's something else you may not know...

I heard back from Gommert about ARC-XT and he promised to fix this issue on the next version. AS for FreeScan I will drop Assaf a note.

Thanks!

Gommert has posted a new build version on his website of ARC-XT that fixes this problem. All is well with the world!
