Default Problem downloading web frequencies

Got this message when using my WIN96 software to get onto radioreference to download new frequencies. Any help would be appreciated. Also, can someone tell me how to download the frequencies and put them in the the appropriate banks? Its been over a year since I've used the software and i"m rusty.

Thanks

David

You haven't visited the RR Web site for quite a while, have you? There have been some major changes (as of August 1st) and one of them has been in the interface the programming software needs to use to get to the Database. As a result, all the programming software has had to be updated. Go to the Starrsoft Web site and download the update for your software.
