You haven't visited the RR Web site for quite a while, have you? There have been some major changes (as of August 1st) and one of them has been in the interface the programming software needs to use to get to the Database. As a result, all the programming software has had to be updated. Go to the
Starrsoft Web site and download the update for your software.
