Default Win-500 Question

I am trying to add frequencies to my Ct. State Police Digital trunked system. I cannot seem to find a way to access the frequencies add to them. How do I go about that? I can only get to them to see them, edit them but I cannot add to them.

Open the frequency list, place cursor on the free line, use the backspace to clear the 000000 then enter the frequency including the demcil point and press enter. Down arrow to next free space and repeat the process. You can change or remove frequencies the same way. Only 32 frequencies per system tho.

I would try to take all the frequencies and figure out how to make two systems. Maybe by East and West, City, County etc. Use the same Id's for each system or you may even find more Id's to use.

Which system(s) are you talking about? Could you provide a link to the RR Database?

I''m wondering why you have so many frequencies in your frequency list. If it it is (they are) Motorola 800 MHz system(s) you should be good to go with just the Control Channel frequencies and then use Scan Lists to access the TGs.

He's trying to enter multiple sites from the CT State Police system.

There are fewer than 32 unique control channel frequencies (including alternates) in that system, across all 18 listed sites. It should fit just fine in one TSYS in Win500.
