Default rr to scancontrol

how do you choose the correct radio when using rr with scancontrol, the two programs use different id of radio systems. I have searced around but do not see any related questions.

This belongs in the software forum, where I'll have it moved...

I think you're getting mixed up a little here. 'Choosing the correct radio' and getting data from RR are two very different operations.

Scan Control doesn't use the SOAP web import - it uses a copy/paste utility called the Data Grabber. Essentially put, it copies data to the Windows Clipboard and reformats it into a layout SC can use. Not pretty, but it does work

For connecting to the radio, SC has a utility that scans all the possible COM ports looking for a connection.
