Update your software. The RR Web Service was updated over the summer and all applications need to be updated to their latest version.

In the future, please search before starting a new thread. This topic has been asked and answered many many times.

Thanks!

You don't visit RR very often do you? On July 31, this Web site changed the Database Interface to SOAP and all programming software was updated to work with it instead of the old interface. Go to the Starsoft Web site and download the update for your software.

Download the latest version of Win97. The download function of RR was changed about 2 months ago and most downloading programs have been updated to use the new method.

Edit: Yikes!
