I imported just as you did and used default Scanlist 1. Yours will work but you've limited the WVInop to troop 3 which may be somewhat new with little activity for Randolph CO.
I would have selected Controls and Alts, which would give you two more frequencies in case they change to an alt frequency. Also, a wildcard and private wildcard may be prudent for your new area. These could be placed in Scanlist 2 so you could choose when to monitor them. Ie, if you check Enable Hit Counts in General Configuration and are away from scanner for period of time, using list 2 will identify talkgroups not yet listed for your area. Of course, the scanner should be running and you can also keep list 1 enabled.
On return, simply download from radio to check hit counts.
I scan WVInop at least once a year while traveling through (both directions) on I-64.
