Exclamation Signal Intelligence Inc. - aka scanstar.com

Does anyone know if this company is still in business? I've had their ScanStar Spectrum Commander for a number of years, and last year they supposedly added support for the new Icom radio (PCR-2500), but the software had a bug which caused some problems for me (would not use both receivers in the same radio at the same time). I requested support last year and was told by them that it was a known bug and they were going to work on it.

A month passed by and I sent them a followup email and they stated it was still a work in progress. Another month passed and I sent another email, with no reply back. Sent a few more after that and still no reply. Now it has been a year with no reply, or resolution to the problem. From looking at their website, it looks like it hasn't been updated in quite a few months, which makes me question if they're still in business.

If anyone has any light to shed on this matter, please enlighten us.

Thanks!

Mike

I saw them at an industry show a couple of months ago. Seemed very much alive and well.
