Default WIN 96 log on attempt failed

I renewed my subscription for access to the RadioReference.com frequency data base. When logging into my WIN 96 software, I get an error message. See cut and pasted error message below.

XML error detected: no element found

while requesting URL:

Can anyone advise on what to do to remedy this?

Thanks!

<sigh> This question has been asked many times now. The old XML service was shut down several weeks ago - go to the Starrsoft website and get the new version - and be sure to get the additional DLLs that are also mentioned there.
