ARCXT Pro for Dummies?

I've been trying to view the 30min GoToMeeting recording that shows how to use the BuTel software on the ScannerMater web site. I can see the video, but I dont hear audio. I've installed the correct audio codec. Still nada. So does anyone know of a multimeda tutorial for the ARCXT Pro software? Thanks
