Our wiki has articles on each of these radios. I doubt that you're going to find one good piece of software (and that disqualifies Scancrap right off the bat) that covers all these radios, frankly. There's practically nothing for the X10 (assuming you have the PC interface), and the other radios are so old that most of the software (except for Scan Control, which does work with the BCT8 and 895 - but it no longer has the programming only edition...) may not run on Vista/ Windows 7.
