Cannot connect to RadioReference?

Trying to download from RR to FreeScan for BCD96T....get the message "Cannot connect to RR, verify user name and password....and connnedtion is availble....all this is done!?!? This Vista?

Vista works with RR. Check your firewall settings, make sure it's allowing FreeScan access.

Also check that you are using the latest version. Versions below 0.8 will no longer connect with RR. Later versions also give a more specific reason as to why they cannot connect.
