Win 500 Client Error

When I Connect Through Win 500 I get this error.

WAVEOUT:20:The Specified Format Is Not Supported Or Cannot Be Translated Use The Capabilities Function To Determine The Supported Formats

Sometimes If I click ok it will let me connect and sometimes I get cannot connect when the info is all right. Is there a way to fix this?
