Default win 500 download trouble

while running the starsoft program,I tried to download and program some new freqs to m scanner annd got this message "XML error detected: no element found

This "problem" has been discussed many times in the forum. Suggest you do a search and find the answer.

RR.com changed the Database interface as of August 1st. All of the programming software was updated to work with the new interface. Go to the WIN500 Web site, download the software update, and you will be fine.
