Programming / Monitoring / Encoding Combo?

Does anyone know if you can take any of the programming packages (ARC500, Win500 or PSRedit) and use them concurrently with K1PGV's ScannetCast? It would be nice to have local monitoring and control capabilities while the feed is in process. (tags and audio) Any thoughts?
