registration numbers

I cannot find my registration numbers for my pro-197. The cd was in a paper envelope not a jewel case like the instructions say. How can you help me?

I assume you are asking about a registration key for the programming software, and not for the actual scanner itself as your post states?

What software do you have?

ACR500?
Win500?
PSREdit500?

Did the software come with the scanner?

Did you pay to register the software after the free trial period?

Who did you pay?

I have ACR500 software. I am speaking relative to the reg. key #'s for the programming software. The software came in the box same as the scanner. I did not know that I had to pay to register the software. Instructions state that the numbers will be on the jewel case for the cd, but the cd came in a paper envelope with no printing at all.

Did you pay extra money ($30-$40) for the software? If not, you probably got a demo version. Go here and pay for the software to get the key.and maybe updated ARC500 - Software
