Default FreeScan for the new Uniden 436/536HP's?

To be honest, the Uniden Sentinel software isn't horrible. But I'm a fan of the logical, simple FreeScan work flow. So I have to ask.

Would there ever be any possibility to put out a version compatible with the new Uniden BC436HP and BC536HP?

Thanks gents,

From what I've seen, these new radios don't use DMA (in fact I find that curious),so I would highly doubt it.

It's not likely. Not from me anyways - but never know if someone else will decide to build something.

Thats too bad, I really like how Freescan is set up. I guess I will not be buying the new 436. I might upgrade from the 396T to the 396XT in the near future. Thanks for this info.!!

Ditto here. That sucks - a big plus for me with XT radios was having one band plan for all my radios. Sticking an HP into an XT isn't going to work for me.
A bunch of scanners
A bunch of ham radios
