Uniden BC95XLT programming and cable

Hello everyone, First off i just want to say yes i did search so don't flame me too hard

I have a Uniden BC95XLT and I'm trying to figure out where to get the programming cable from firstly
Ive seen people say you can build them and then ive seen people say they are anywhere from $5 to $30
but every link ive seen to them is broken and not working.

Secondly I'm trying to figure out which software to use, i see alot of people talking about software from Butel and ive heard uniden makes there own?

ill be programming a max of 20 channels for now with possibly more down the road

If you scroll down to where you see Software, you'll find links to the USB cable and links to different software available for that scanner for programming.
