RSSI Readings Different?

Just wondering if anyone else has noticed any differences in the RSSI values between FreeScan and ARC XT?

See attached PDF, these where compared within a 5 minute timeframe between the 2.

Which one to trust...

Welcome to RR. I have always treated them as relative values, and your comparison supports that. The high values are high on both, as are the low. I use ARC all the time, and I have come to recognize 180 as barely readable, and 450 as very strong. They are not intended to be like a true signal strength meter, but serve the same purpose very well.
