ARC536: Talkgroups are disappearing

This has happened a couple times while programming my BCD536HP with ARC536Basic. The system, site and unit Id's will be there and the department still shows there by no talkgroups. I don't know if this is an issue with the software or if I'm doing something to cause this. If I close the software and come back later they sometimes all come back. I have 17 systems and it does it to all of them. Anyone else had this happen? Thanks.

We've had no other reports. During the editting process make sure to hit the save button now and then so you always have a backup copy.

I've had something similar happen, except that all of the information for a particular system will disappear. It's happened with both trunked and conventional systems. Fortunately, I've had back up files with which to restore the information, but it's still a pain in the neck.

Were you running multiple instances of ARC536 at the same time ?
