Data not showing up in download for 996xt

Using the download section of arcxp Iselect British Columbia, Columbia-Shuswap but no data shows up in the data column. But if I check view for the section of the country there are a number of frequencies. Why does this not work?

You must also select what data you want to see, conventional frequencies, agencies etc...
