BCD996P2 with FREESCAN

I'm trying to program a BCD996P2. My version of FREESCAN does not support this scanner. Communication seems to be ok, but this model is not listed as a compatible scanner. Is the different software I should be using? I'm no expert on this. I own a 396XT and that is the only other scanner I have programmed.
I want to be able to grab the programming file from RR for my area.
Any help is appreciated.

I think I answered my own question. Need ver 2.18. only in BETA. Im just having a heck of a time getting it. Their site is timing out on me. Is it posted here anywhere?
